Well I am started the 21 Day Sugar Detox by Balanced Bites. In the past Jim & I have done the Whole30 by Melissa & Dallas of Whole9 and had great results but then we fell off the wagon. There is always an excuse for not sticking with it.. and then 1 little cheat turns into days/weeks of not good food choices. I've decided that I need to completely purge our house of all non-paleo food choices. All cheats would need to involve going out to a restaurant. If I want something it will then end up being more portion controlled.
We both agree that we feel better. Not sure then why we keep sabotaging ourselves. :-(
