Day 1 - 21DSD
Brunch - Eggs fried in bacon fat over sauteed kale, mixed peppers, pastured pork sausage seasoned with garlic, salt, pepper & tumeric.
Dinner - Crockpot pastured ham w/ broccoli, olive oil & salt
